Impact fastpitch softball is an organization that drives the student-athlete to become better in all aspects of softball while also competing in the classroom.  As we target prospective teams that can continue to the brand and reputation created to this point, we will continue to grow.

Mission Statement

Florida Impact is an extension of the Georgia Impact organization. The Georgia Impact Fastpitch Organization was founded by Will Tomasello in 2003 with one 12U team.  With the help of key sponsors, coaches, and select players, the Organization has enjoyed sustained quality growth. Since its inception, the club has enjoyed meteoric success and notoriety. Central to that success has been the recruitment of a highly acclaimed coaching core. In an environment of competitive Travel Organizations, aggressive recruiting, and logistical limitations, Georgia Impact continues to meet the softball marketplace. That marketplace includes teams from 10u to 18 Gold and from multiple states, including Florida, Alabama, Connecticut, and Tennessee.
